Eilidh McMillan
Hi, I'm Eilidh, a Graphic Designer turned UX Designer.
With over 10 years experience as a Graphic Designer, I am passionate about good design and problem solving for the end user. I wanted to build on my visual design skills, utilising theory based, research informed practice which lead me to UX design. I am excited to complete my MSc in August 2025 and am now seeking my first UX Design role.
UX Design project:
Get Savvy
This projects aim was to to design a mobile application, for new students in Glasgow.
The goal was to balance stakeholder needs, business constraints and users goals. The project followed the Double Diamond method, ensuring an iterative process, using different user experience tools throughout.
Advanced topics of Human computer interaction:

Wave is food sensitivity symptoms and emotion tracking application. The projects goal was to leverage affective computing, designing an emotionally adaptive mobile application which would aid users in understanding how their symptoms, diet and mood are all connected through their autonomic nervous system.
Visual Design and Prototyping:
HAUS
Haus is a resort hotel for families in the Scottish Highlands. The project brief for Haus was to apply User Interface design principles to create an effective website.
